Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Each order is made to order, so unfortunately I cannot offer returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, I will do my absolute best to make it right. I truly appreciate all my customers. Thank you for your purchase!

Returns and exchanges

PlaneMugs does not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Each order is custom made, and we do not maintain any inventory.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to cancel it if production has not started yet, but I cannot guarantee cancellation once the order is already in production.

Damaged mugs

If your mug arrives broken or damaged, I will send a replacement at no additional cost.
