Shipping timelines
Every PlaneMugs order is made by hand. That means each gift goes through a short production window before it ships.
Production
2-5 days
Orders are printed by hand before they head out for delivery.
US shipping
2-7 days
After production, US orders ship by ground service and usually arrive within this window.
International shipping
5-14 days
International orders have the same production timing, with a longer transit window after shipment.
Estimated delivery windows
For US customers, most finished gifts arrive about 4-12 days after the order is placed: 2-5 days for production, then about 2-7 days in transit.
For international customers, total delivery is usually about 7-19 days: the same 2-5 day production window, plus roughly 5-14 days for shipping.
